I’m a marketing operations and content strategy leader with a uniquely diverse background: 15 years as an educator, 5 years in sales, and now a strategic force in marketing automation, data analytics, and digital storytelling. I operate at the intersection of systems, creativity, and performance.

Currently, I lead marketing automation and operations at zyBooks, serving as the Marketo admin and architect of an integrated tech stack connecting Salesforce and Zoom. I design and optimize lifecycle programs, lead scoring models, and campaign infrastructure to accelerate pipeline and conversion.

I bring a full-stack approach to content enablement, having produced over 100 videos and 200 GIFs for product marketing and sales outreach – scripts, voiceovers, editing, and deployment – all built for scale. I also build data solutions from the ground up, including interactive dashboards in Power BI and Tableau that help revenue teams personalize their outreach and prove ROI.

My teaching experience taught me how to communicate with clarity and empathy; my time in sales gave me sharp buyer instincts and a bias toward action. Today, I combine both to deliver data-informed, human-centered marketing programs that drive real business results.
